Murni Teguh Tuban Bali Hospital

My experience at the Murni Teguh Hospital was positive. Upon arrival, I was promptly assisted at the reception. The staff was caring. Before the surgery, the doctor clearly explained the procedure, what they were going to do, and went over the test results with me (in clear English). The room I stayed in after the operation was clean and well-maintained. My only point for improvement would be that not all the nurses spoke English, which sometimes made it unclear what was going to happen. This sometimes caused confusion for me. But overall, I am very grateful for the excellent care I received, and despite the language barrier, the nurses were very helpful.

My experience with the services in the emergency room and outpatient care at Murni Teguh Hospital was very positive. Friendly doctors and nurses, good service, and a calm atmosphere make the visit very comfortable. even though I use BPJS, it shows the good quality of service from the medical team. Thanks to Dr. IG.A.A Indra Nirmala Dewi, Sp., PD., M.Biomed has provided very important education for maintaining diet and other things too. I hope Gerd's fighters who want to eat like healthy people will also get well.. And don't ever underestimate stomach acid pain

Clean, friendly staff, i did my medical check up here ( blood test, urinary test, electrocardiogram, radiology, USG, Mammography, pap smear ). I love the colour of their scrubs , even the colour of the patient changes clothes/kimono is striped pink

Dr. Natalie and staff were very attentive. They dealt with my dehydration swiftly and checked on my constantly. Not that I would wish anything bad on anyone, but if need be, this is the Hospital to attend.
