Rumah Sakit Umum Garbamed (Garbamed Hospital) Bali

Positive experience only. Of course there are queues like in any hospital, but that's okay. They did an ultrasound, told me everything, sent for a consultation with a doctor. I will continue to have further examinations in this hospital. The prices are very reasonable!!!

Went to this hospital as the clinic told us to. DO NOT GO HERE if you’re a foreigner. Hardly any air conditioning. The doctor did not speak English and apologised. The toilets were worse than a public park toilet that had never been cleaned. No toilet paper just a bowl of water. A “nurse” sat outside that toilet filing needle from vile. I asked if this was the best hospital and thank god the doctor said no. We went to BIMC was amazing in comparison.

Very slow service here, place is really dirty too for a hospital

3rd time coming here, 1st time spending the night here (the other 2x I choose to go to other hospital or home). Everything is super slow here, the services, the actions, the registration (even just to find an available room for temporarily), the ER doctors and teams (even in-between shifts there's no coordinations about what's happening on the shift before), no clear explanations about the tests result and other minuses.. The only plus is, all the staff is trying their best and are nice.. So the problem is either with the system or the manpower.. IDK

I came here because my stomach really hurt plus I was already weak because of diarrhea and vomiting too. Came almost midnight to the emergency room but had to be registered first even though it was an emergency and I saw that there were still empty beds. came almost midnight and when I arrived I was greeted with an explanation of whether or not I could use BPJS, okay fine, it didn't matter at that time because my condition seemed to me to be an emergency because if it wasn't an emergency I would rather control it with a general practitioner than have to go to emergency. after I checked my tension etc., I was given an estimate please note that its ESTIMATE, around IDR 715,000 with no details and all the staff spoke stammeringly when I asked for price details. how can a hospital give an estimate that is not definite but has taken action to inject medicine for me but does not have a definite price????? all the staff are incompetent and not worthy of being called medical personnel. they even clearly spoke to their colleague when I had to go to the toilet because of diarrhea, and he said it in front of my mother with the phrase "watch out it will run away" BRO? ???? When I returned from the restroom and mentioned that I was offended, the other staff lady laughed sarcastically at me. WHAT A ZERO ATTITUDE TO BE CALLED A MEDIC. I came here because I was sick! You're not staff Warteg that are afraid people will eat and then not pay!!! I came here because I was sick not for playing!!! and my mother was forced to sign and we were forced to pay for everything that I had not even received any medicine. NEVER COME HERE. a hospital with low standards and tried to blackmail me with fake receipts that they wrote by hand (not printed from the system) how can they not be able to check the price of each drug when in front of them there are laptops and computers???? The computers and the laptops are useless. NO RECOMMEND AT ALL. If there’s any zero star here then i definitely will choose the zero star!
