a year agoI didn't get enough sleep before the trip and didn't feel well during the first week in Bali. So I asked the hotel owner to call a doctor. The doctor and nurse came right away and provided me with prompt and appropriate treatment. The doctor spoke not only English but also Japanese! They are very nice persons and I had a lot of fun while being put on a drip. I thought I would never be able to eat Balinese food again, but I was able to revive and enjoy my meal time gradually! Thank you very much!

a year agoService recommended by our hotel in Sanur. The doctor and nurse attended promptly. Extremely professional, excellent English and explained what they were doing. Amazing bedside manner and extremely up to date medical knowledge. Very comprehensive treatment, explanations and advice and care. Cannot recommend highly enough. They even followed up.

7 months agoI was drawn to the Clinic by its high ratings/review. However, I was surprised to see many patients lying in bed, receiving drips etc. Whilst I received basic treatment and my condition improved, I do believed I was ripped off with AUD $160 charge for ‘observation’ and AUD $75 ‘medicines’, in addition to doctors fee. The ‘observation’ was a farce with 20 mins. to wait to see if I reacted to a relatively innocuous medication. I wonder if this is the real reason they give you an injection/bed etc. Whether my travel insurance company or I end up paying, it will leave a bad taste in my mouth are an otherwise enjoyable Bali experience.

6 months agoMy son experienced severe abdominal pain on the first night we touched down Bali. We rushed to BhaktiVerdanta in the early morning before sunrise. The pain subsided after Clinical assessment and treatment rendered. We continued our journey to Nusa Penida after that. I was being updated about the blood test result few hours later. Dr Evelyn referred us to BIMC hospital for further assessment of potential acute appendicitis, due to elevate bacterial infection. With the guidance and arrangement, my son checked-in BIMC hospital for detailed assessment and treatment My wife and I were so thankful to Dr Evelyn and her staffs for the caring, professionalism and close follow up till my son recovered from the illness. We were deeply appreciative on the support we received during such a challenging time. Thanks to Dr Evelyn and her staffs once again.
