12 Urban Café – Canggu Bali

I checked out 12 Urban Cafe recently, and honestly… it was just okay. The place looks nice—modern, minimal, and definitely Instagrammable—but in a way that feels kind of generic. It’s one of those cafes that’s aesthetically pleasing but doesn’t really have a wow factor. Food-wise, it’s decent but not mind-blowing. They have a solid variety—brunch, seafood, desserts—but nothing really stood out to me. The oyster promo is a cool concept, but the rest of the menu is pretty standard. Also, for the price, I expected better portions and flavors. It’s not bad, just not memorable. The vibe is alright, but since there’s no stunning view (no rice fields, no ocean, just a regular street), it doesn’t feel like a place you’d go out of your way to visit. It’s a decent spot to sit and chill, but nothing that makes you think, “I need to come back here.” Service? Mixed. Some people had good experiences, while others (including me) found it a bit slow, especially during busy hours. Overall? A nice cafe if you’re in the area and just want a casual spot, but not a must-visit. With so many amazing cafes in Canggu, this one just doesn’t make it to my favorites list.

A must-visit spot in Canggu! I had an amazing experience at 12 Urban Cafe!! The food is so delicious and the ambiance is so nice. The octopus and salmon dish were out of this world! To top it off, there was a live violin performance that made the evening feel truly special. Whether you’re here for a casual meal, a drink with friends, or a unique dining experience, this place delivers. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing dinner at *Twelve Bali*. and I can't recommend this place enough! The *ribeye steak* was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The *Greek salad* was fresh and perfectly balanced, and the **pineapple detox drink* was a refreshing complement to the meal. Beyond the food, the ambiance is just perfect cozy yet stylish, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a great dining experience from start to finish. *Twelve Bali* is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a great evening here. The location looks great. I had the octopus and it was so tasty, really good. Would love to have had a bit more pototoes . In general the portions seem quite small. My husband had the Cesar salad, that was also really tasty. He asked to get it with some bread. In the end there was one slice spread in the salad - well .. as said, portions are quite small, but they are tasting really well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere is super cozy, and the food was incredible. I had the seafood pasta, and it was absolutely delicious. The café has such a great vibe, and the team is incredibly friendly. I 1000% recommend it if you’re looking for a great spot to eat and relax. Will definitely be coming back!
