a month agoWonderful team at the ER .. I was in and out within 3 hours. Everybody super friendly well spoken English. The doctor in the ER was kind and helpful The only suggestion that nurses need lower their voice. Loud conversations and laughing can bother a sick parent .

a month agoI had a great experience with Dr.Dyah ! She was so understanding, supportive, positive and she gave really thoughtfull advices. Now I know that I have my doctor in Ubud, if needed. And, all team at reception was so friendly and answered so quickly !. Also, GP doctor, unfortunately I didnt remember his name, was extremely supportive at night time. Thank you, team !!!

a month agoExtremely disappointed. Contacted them on WhatsApp.. The Officer in charge would take his time to acknowledge..asked for my husband's entire medical report without sharing any information.. All I wanted to know was the cost of a single session of dialysis. After sharing the medical records no response. I had to make several international calls and all of them were connected to the same officer (he recognized my name) and then said point blank that they were `full'. This is for dates in May.. (two months ahead). In any case if the dates are not available why did he want all the medical records? Is this the way international tourists are treated in Bali? I changed our holiday location to Phillippines.. at least they have more respect for tourists..

a year agoI express my gratitude to the Ari Kanti Hospital, the clinic staff for their attentive approach, care, clarity and consistency in actions and processes. I felt like I was in a sanatorium: a well-chosen treatment plan, very friendly, attentive staff; always clean, cozy room, delicious food.
