a month agoI never went to Bros before. Because my husband had ACL injury, then I searched the best Sport Orthopedic, & he practiced at Bros. We have undergone one month journey, pre surgery, surgery, & post surgery. All I can say, that everything was amazing. The staff (doctor, nurse, reception, therapist) are very friendly & helpful, never disappointing. Dr. Wien & Bli Agung physiotherapist are the best. With routine physiotherapy (3x a week) & doctor visit 1x / week, after 1 month ACL surgery, my husband is no longer use the crutches & has speed recovery. He will keep doing the physiotherapy but at another city where he works. The mobile apps Bros is very helpful, we can check the queue. Yes, Dr Wien has a lot of patients, a long queue, because heβs the best, so use your apps to check for your queue. Another tips, after book by Bros apps, use the machine outside, just scan the barcode, so you donβt have to wait for the reception. But itβs not yet valid for the physiotherapy Thank you Bros Hospital.

a month agoI'm American recently retired , i married a Balinese last year , my Wife recently came down with Gall Stones and required removal surgery, the staff here are caring ,kind and compassionate and took care of her with amazing diligence . Enough can not be said for our gratitude and respect for the care given. The surgery was performed by Dr I Nengah Winata who's skilled/well trained hands performed brilliantly his suturing was amazingly well executed and left only a pencil thin scar (US Surgeons would be impressed). The nurse in charge was Natalie Lady who again enough cannot be said. She treated my Wife as all the staff did as if they were related. Our Thanks. The internist Dr Laksmi Dewi who guided the healing and proper meds and nutrition was as caring as if my Wife were her own daughter again our gratitude and Thanks. And lastly Our humble thanks to Dr Yudis who's continued guidance and moreover His Love for his Oath and commitment to my wife's continued care has forever endeared Our Hearts. We consider Him as Family and Friend. In closing we highly endorse this facility and staff With Love Wayan and Ayu,and all of our Family

4 weeks agoNot a good hospital, they are all about money and not full care of the patients, my daughter was born here and although it was a successfully birth the after care was horrendous, not a doctor in sight and they tried to keep us in for unnecessary checks and scared the life out of us to grow the bill. My cousin has recently been in there and they did tests to no conclusion and just charged through the nose for medication and eventually sent him home with some tablets for his heart and paracetamol, he did not receive the proper care he needed . It was all about the bill. I am not impressed with this hospital at all and will not use again.

2 months agoStarting I entered the emergency room until I was hospitalized, all the nurses served me very well. My favorite nurse is Mrs. Diana Rasi, she provides very clear service and explanations every time I ask for help, and thank you Doctor Krisna Wiweka for also giving advice so that my platelets can return to normal. a month agoOne of the WORST outpatient service Iβve ever experienced. Just needed an influenza vaccine for myself, called their customer care/admins day before to confirm of the availability and the process of the vaccination. Got hold and transferred to their pharmacy for the availibility of the vaccine and another hold so they could confirm hows the procedure for the vaccination (total time wasted almost 20 mins on the phone). Whatsapp to booked an appointment with interne doctor (as per their instructions) for the next day with the pratice schedule (10:00-14:00). Came at 10:00 for registration and waited till 16:30 till I saw the doctor, spent less than 5 mins for blood pressure check and finished the vaccination by 16:41. Yet I waited again for FREAKING 20 MINUTES at the cashier to pay. Finished everything at 17:00. In conclusion, the entire process just to do a normal vaccine took around 7 hours. Mind you, I DONT USE any bpjs nor insurance. Fully independent payment. Good luck for whoever really need to see the doctor here π€‘
