Here is a draft for your review: ⸻ We had a deeply disappointing experience at this clinic. My husband came in with a high fever, severe body aches, and other symptoms indicative of Dengue fever. Our main request was to conduct a Dengue test, as well as additional blood tests to assess his overall condition. Specifically, we asked for a complete blood count (CBC), a biochemical blood test, a C-reactive protein (CRP) test, and a coagulation test. Shockingly, the clinic informed us that they could only perform a CBC and a Dengue test. They claimed they did not offer the other essential tests, which is unacceptable for a facility of this size. The staff at the reception seemed completely unaware of these standard tests, demonstrating a concerning level of unprofessionalism. Additionally, the clinic environment was extremely uncomfortable — it was freezing cold, the service was painfully slow, and it felt like they were more interested in pushing unnecessary tests rather than addressing our actual concerns. Yet when we genuinely requested relevant tests to diagnose my husband’s condition, they simply said they couldn’t provide them. What frustrates me even more is that tomorrow is nyepi, meaning most clinics and hospitals will be closed. We now have no second chance to seek further medical evaluation in time. This lack of proper medical support in a critical situation is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to consider alternative clinics that are equipped and prepared to provide comprehensive care.

I am glad I choose this place. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. They provided all the information about the process of getting the payment confirmation from my insurance company and the whole case was solved relatively quick. Doctors and nurses are very caring. Even though it was just a heavily strained leg muscle, they provided treatment, dressing and medicine.

Very professional and immediate help. Went there in very early morning (5 AM) with signs of Bali belly (nausea, vomiting and diarrhea). Nurses were nice and communication was easy. Everything was clean and professional. Couldn't wish for better attitude and help. Thank you so much!

Dr. I Gede Endha is a brilliant ENT. Read some bad reviews about this hospital, but came as an outpatient for ENT specialist appointment and could not have been more impressed. Top care and standards equal to Australian hospitals back home. No waiting time at all walked straight in. Doctor was extremely knowledgeable to my long term chronic sinus issues and helpful. Spotless clean facilities and lovely kind nurses. Only charged 770k total including prescriptions as showed my KITAS residency. Highly recommended

I feel enjoy and comfortable receiving treatment here because it applies advanced technology (self kiosk registration), the hospital is very clean and the explanation of the examining doctor is very easy to understand.
