2 weeks agoIt's so sad to see this hospital It's a huge hospital and very famous. But luck of needed care for lansia and childrens. And pregnant women. Specially a saw very old grandma laying in the bed outside the bush for more than a hour, it's make me feel really sad, i can't imagine if that's was my family or my mom. You need to principles and take seriously for this. It's very important for human being. Specialy at the hospital. Parkir area also, they make us very complicated.

3 months agoAmazing experience. Excellent services. I visited here after the accident in night and the staff was very very supportive. I would like to mention the name of staff Ms Agung here as she is very very supportive and helpful. The doctor also consulted me well and he came from home just to examine my condition. Really great place for treatment and emergency

a month agoMy mum and uncle went there to schedule a back surgery, they got lost at wing amerta and got confused by the complicated bureaucracy. A nurse named Delviana came and helped them through out the process and my uncle get scheduled right away! This hospital needs more nurse like her. 5 star service!
