Rapture Surfcamps – Padang Padang Bali

Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the camp. The people I met were wonderful, and we had a fantastic time together. The facilities are beautiful and feel like a jungle, but the surrounding construction can make it quite loud. The rooms and shared spaces are consistently clean; I particularly loved the private patio in front of my double room. The food was good, with standout banana pancakes I could eat every day! Dinner was great most nights. While I’m unsure how much my surfing improved, I still had a lot of fun. The instructors were great overall, though their qualifications varied. The board selection could be better, as the 7.6–7.8 hard boards were heavy and challenging to carry. Yoga was a bit disappointing, not due to the interns who tried their best, but because the website implied sessions would be led by certified instructors like in other camps. At times, the camp felt overly transactional, with nearly everything incurring additional costs, plus multiple service and tax fees. With some improvements in these areas, this camp has the potential to be truly 5 star!

I recommend everyone to spend some time at Rapture. It feels like home. The people are very friendly, from the volunteers and surf instructors to the on-site employees. There are lots of different options depending on what you want to do. I've extended my stay several times, although it was only supposed to last a few days, but it ended up lasting a few weeks. It's a fantastic place in Bali the camp is magnificent the rooms are very large and there's plenty of space to work quietly too and have moments to chill out It's really great

Amazing, I only just left and I really want to go back. Beautiful spot in Green Bowl. It is isolated and better if you'd prefer to stay on camp. Very chilled out, relaxed vibe. The people were lovely and I had a great time. Next time I'll go to the camp in padang so I can explore a bit more. Otherwise I am so grateful for the experience. My flight was delayed and they didn't mind I hung out for longer than my accommodation booking and also gave me dinner :) Eka was a funny guy, the other staff were also very kind.

For our first surf trip to Bali we chose Rapture Surf camps (Bali Cliffs) to help us become more confident on our surfing journey and it did not disappoint. The people, location and accomodation exceeded our expectations and having the local guides take us to spots we would have never known about was so helpful. Even with the low swell we still managed to have lots of fun. Special mention to Febri for the good lessons and Nicole for helping Mick and I stretch our weathered bodies on a daily basis. Highly recommend this place all the staff are fantastic here!! Enjoy.

Fantastic surfcamp experience at Rapture Surfcamp. Staff was very friendly, funny and helpful. I took a beginner surf session with the instructors paying a lot of attention and providing detailed feedback on how to improve. Amenities were beautiful and clean! Will definitely return and stay for longer this time! Thanks Rapture team for making my stay so nice!!
