5 months agoI had an accident near the hospital and went there just because it was the closest. But the staff was very fast in helping me and taking care of my wound. I rapidly was examined and registered. Everything was very fast, easy and clean. I was examined, got some stitches, paid, got my medicine and left in less than 1.5h. They all speak very good English! I donβt know if it is the best hospital in town or the cheapest. But in my case I was very well treated there.

5 months agoFirst of all, this is far most the best hospital in Bali I can think of. Best services, clean and new facilities and buildings. Wide options of services and so much more quality and potentially highlighted point to this hotel. I recently got admitted by one of the doctor which I can assure you was the best doctor I have encountered myself with, dr. Wisnu from thorax and cardiologist surgery. He is very detailed and knowledgeable about what he is doing. The nurses in the ward I am admitted on, gosh! I cant believe how amazing they are, highlighting Nurse Desi and Nurse Trisna, those 2 beautiful ladies are the gems of the hospital. Sadly they as in management and FO werenβt applying much of an actions towards their own rules and regulations applied which troubled me and my relatives who took care of me, I was not verbally informed about the papers I signed on about personal belongings such as blankets and pillows. Which I took on my first admission 12/10. Nurses and doctors saw my pillow (1) and small blanket (1) and 1 finger plush (1). They were joking with me saying nothing about it, I was discharged the next day due to the miss communication of hospital and me. Which I had taken care of ( wasnβt the thing I didnβt tell them but missed taken note of by them ). I was admitted again a week after which is 19/10. I brought the same stuffs and was was held up by the security is so rude saying β who agreed to you bringing all these?β With a high tone after I explained it, it is late about 22.45pm. My surgery is scheduled by 10am, moved to 8am but actual time is 12noon . They held me in the lobby for 30 mins waiting for their manager. Coming up the manager said, I am so tired dealing with this issue and you have operation tomorrow. I will let you bring it this time. By this point I was really furious not having my thoughts listened even after my last experience was not good. But yeah took the items back to my room. Apologized to the nurses while getting my IV. Days went by everything is just regular nth special but siloam actually treated their patients right with their food! I enjoyed my feast just as I wasnβt hospitalized. Sadly they didnt understand much of a meaning of me saying I am not consuming carrots, most of my meal have it but it still taste amazing!. Last day of admission 24/10, 4 days after my open rib surgery, thoracotomy. My vital was doing great, nurses took a v good care of me. But the paper work tooks me hours from 12 ish pm to 9 pm. I was about to get registered back to my room which the AC got trouble. However thank god they managed to let me get home by 9.30pm. Bit late but, please train the front liners more about system and regulations to prevent more drama out of little things, because I believe I have said what I needed to say to the front desk about how to avoid it in the future. Goodluck Siloam, you did great!

4 months agoI was very fortunate to visit Siloam hospital today 20 November 2024 to surgically remove gangrenous digits on two toes that were affected by multiple myeloma cancer. The reception staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The outpatient waiting area for the surgical depart was spacious, very well furnished and the hospital provides free good quality coffee to patients while waiting for consultation. The surgeon who attended to me, Dr. Ade is highly skilled, very courteous and empathetic. He guided me through the whole process and gave me the heads up on what to expect. His assistant, nurse Dody also demonstrated exceptional professionalism and courtesy. The surgical procedure proceeded very smoothly and the results were 100% satisfactory to me. Significantly, the charges for the surgery were very affordable ( total only 3 million Rupiah), especially considering the hospital's personnel inputs in consultation and skillful surgery anaesthesia , and post surgical treatment kit. This is an absolute bargain. Without any hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Siloam hospital to any Indonesian citizen or tourists seeking quality health services at an affordable cost.
