The staff were incredibly professional and highly organized, ensuring that everything went smoothly from start to finish. 4 months agoI had a terrible start to my holiday in Bali , I fell and slipped and had to have surgery done away from home. The nurses, staff , ER staff and doctors were absolutely incredible. They made me feel safe and looked after and their service was amazing. They showed me kindness and made this terrible time more tolerable and I will be forever thankful to them all. I would highly recommend this incredible hospital. They even gave me a beautiful fruit basket. Thank you so much

2 months agoDisappointed that I wasn’t able to get any information on the time of surgery or what kind of preparations I needed to do before surgery until one day before surgery. And also was given conflicting info on preparations. One message said to fast from 10 am. Later I was told to fast from 8 am. This is stressful for a patient who is about to undergo surgery. Hopefully can improve.
